Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of your purchase.  

All items will be shipped via Australia Post.

You will be sent a tracking number when the item has been shipped.

Disclaimer: Once your item is lodged with Australia Post, Merino Mana Australia or Merino Mana New Zealand is no longer responsible for its whereabouts.  However, in the event that an item is delayed or delivered incorrectly, we will do all we can to help you with this.
